A shared common area on the second floor has a palapa and heated dipping pool with an ocean view. The third floor has an additional palapa and lounge area with great ocean views for the exclusive use of the Penthouse condo guests.

Perfect getaway cottage — a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, a tropical getaway very close to downtown Punta Gorda venues including restaurants and bars, Fishermen's Village, Gilchrist Park, Laishley Park and the festivals. Comfortable, beautifully decorated, safe neighbourhood.
Season — January to March. During season (January through March) we give priority to rentals of a month or more, and offer a 25% discount off the daily rate.
